Paul Cresswell - (Executive Chairman)

Paul Cresswell, Executive Chairman

Paul is the Executive Chairman of Impact Applications. He has extensive experience both as a successful chairman/chief executive of technology-based service companies (including AT&T Solutions and Aon Managed Services) and as a leading management consultant (for Ernst & Young and PA Consulting Group). His sector experience includes Finance, Construction, Insurance, Telecommunications, IT and Government. He is a specialist in the development, integration and delivery of broad-scope service management systems and processes.

Martin Taylor - (Managing Director)

Martin Taylor, Managing Director

Martin is co-founder and Managing Director of mobile software experts, Impact Applications. The youngest ever Commercial Director in a UK university, Martin spearheaded multi-million pound business development projects, worked with owner managers and board-level directors in UK blue chips, and rolled his sleeves up to help SMEs benefit from the expertise locked up in UK universities.

Now Martin leads the business development and marketing teams at Impact Applications, building long term relationships with key channel partners and leading on major deployment projects. His keen analytical skills and understanding of business process requirements have helped shape the design and production of many of Impact's software solutions.

Louis Brown - (Production Director)

Louis Brown, Production Director

A graduate of Staffordshire University in Business IT Management, Louis is a key expert in technical analysis and enjoys working with cutting-edge, innovative Web technologies.

Louis is responsible for the day-to-day management of our IT team, executing all our technical and web projects. Delivering these projects on time, with meticulous attention to detail is Louis’ most effective contribution to clients.

Mike Bailey - (Executive Consultant)

Mike Bailey, Executive Consultant

Mike is an Executive Consultant for Impact Applications. He has over thirty five years experience in IT and until recently was Managing Director of the Servitor Division of RAC Software Solutions (Now part of Civica Plc).

Mike has been involved in delivering software solutions to the social housing sector since 1982 and was responsible for the creation of the Servitor product in 1989.

Peter Jaworski - (Business Development Manager)

Peter Jaworski, Business Development Manager

Armed with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a top 10 UK business school and a successful background in solution selling and account management, Peter is instrumental in developing business opportunities and partnerships for Impact Applications.

Prior to this, Peter managed the delivery of corporate sales for the Open University where he successfully implemented large scale management solutions and account managed both large and small clients. He has significant experience in commercial and technical business development with a range of organisations such as the Post Office, Ministry of Defence and the Learning & Skills Council.

With over 10 years experience in working with private and public sector organisations of all sizes and complexity, Peter has the skills to quickly and accurately assess the best solution for any business.

Paul Button, Head of Deployment Services

Paul Button joined Impact Applications in 2006. A graduate of the University of Central England Paul has nine years of practical experience in business analysis and project management within the arena of infrastructures and software development.

Paul has experience of effective collaboration with clients and development partners and of managing comprehensive software development projects. He forms responsive working relationships with our clients, has delivered many presentations and hosted training workshops for users.
